튠포스트(TunePost) 개인정보처리방침

튠포스트는 노래편지를 만들어 보내는 데 꼭 필요한 정보만 받고, 정해진 기간이 지나면 지웁니다. 가입이 없어서 이메일이나 전화번호 같은 연락처를 받지 않습니다.
1. 받는 정보와 이유

- 튠포스트는 위 정보를 광고나 마케팅에 쓰지 않고, 판매하지 않습니다.
- 편지 글은 AI 학습에 쓰이지 않습니다. 튠포스트도, 튠포스트가 이용하는 AI 회사도 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
2. 휴대폰에 저장되는 정보
- 이용하시는 휴대폰 브라우저에 친구 코드와 "내가 만든 노래편지" 목록(링크, 받는 사람 이름, 만든 날짜)이 저장됩니다. 앱을 닫았다가 다시 열어도 노래편지를 찾을 수 있게 하려는 것입니다.
- 이 정보는 휴대폰에만 있고 튠포스트 서버로 보내지지 않습니다. 브라우저 기록을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
- 광고나 추적용 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 정보를 맡기는 회사 (처리위탁과 국외이전)
노래편지를 만들고 보관하기 위해 아래 회사에 정보를 맡깁니다. 이 회사들은 튠포스트를 위해서만 정보를 처리하고, 자기 목적으로 쓸 수 없습니다.

- 정보는 이용자가 노래 만들기와 완성 버튼을 누를 때 인터넷을 통해 암호화된 상태로 보내집니다.
- 국외이전을 원하지 않으면 튠포스트를 이용하지 않으시면 됩니다. 다만 이 회사들을 거치지 않으면 노래편지를 만들 수 없습니다.
4. 삭제
- 보관 기간이 끝나면 정보는 자동으로, 복구할 수 없게 삭제됩니다.
- 그 전에도 완성 화면의 삭제 버튼으로 언제든 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
- 휴대폰을 바꾸는 등의 이유로 삭제 버튼을 쓸 수 없으면 노래편지 링크를 hello@tunepost.app로 보내 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 이용자는 언제든 자신의 정보를 열람하고, 고치고, 지우고, 처리를 멈추도록 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 가입이 없으므로 요청할 때 해당 노래편지 링크로 본인임을 확인합니다.
- 요청은 hello@tunepost.app로 보내 주시면 10일 안에 답합니다.
6. 어린이의 정보
- 만 14세 미만은 직접 이용할 수 없습니다.
- 아이가 쓴 편지와 아이의 이름은 부모님이나 보호자가 올리는 경우에만 받습니다.
- 만 14세 미만 어린이가 보호자 없이 올린 정보가 확인되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
7. 안전하게 지키는 방법
- 모든 정보는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로만 주고받습니다.
- 노래편지 링크는 추측하기 어려운 무작위 주소로 만듭니다.
- 저장 공간과 관리 도구는 운영자만 접근할 수 있고, 2단계 인증으로 보호합니다.

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전에 튠포스트 홈페이지에 알립니다.
TunePost Privacy Policy
Effective date: 4 November 2026
TunePost only collects what it needs to make and deliver your song letter, and deletes it after a set period. There are no accounts, so we don't ask for your email address or phone number.

- We do not use this information for advertising or marketing, and we never sell it.
- Your letter is not used to train AI. Neither TunePost nor the AI providers we use train on it.
Legal basis (UK GDPR). We process this information because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for (contract). We process access logs for our legitimate interest in keeping TunePost secure.
2. Information stored on your phone
- Your browser stores your friend code and a "My song letters" list (links, recipient names and dates), so you can find your song letters again after closing the page.
- This stays on your phone and is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Companies that process information for us
We use the following providers to make and store song letters. They process information only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

- Information is sent over encrypted connections when you press "Make song" and "Complete".
- International transfers. These providers are located outside the UK and Korea. Where UK GDPR applies, transfers rely on the UK–US Data Bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.
- Song letters cannot be made without these providers. If you do not want your information transferred, please do not use TunePost.
4. Deletion
- When the retention period ends, information is deleted automatically and cannot be recovered.
- You can delete a song letter at any time before then using the delete button on the completion screen.
- If you can't use the delete button (for example, you changed phones), email the song letter link to hello@tunepost.app and we will delete it without delay.
5. Your rights
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop or restrict processing it. Under UK GDPR you also have the right to data portability and to object.
- Because there are no accounts, we confirm a request using the song letter link.
- Email hello@tunepost.app and we will respond within one month.
- US residents. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, you can exercise the rights it gives you by emailing hello@tunepost.app.
6. Children
- TunePost is not for children under 14, and children under 13 must not use it at all.
- We only accept a child's letter and name when a parent or guardian uploads them.
- If we learn that a child under 14 uploaded information without a parent or guardian, we will delete it without delay.
7. How we keep information safe
- All information is sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Song letter links are random addresses that are hard to guess.
- Only the operator can access storage and admin tools, which are protected by two-factor authentication.

9. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on our website at least 7 days before they take effect.
